We are so excited to send you your Caroline Ann Collection order! We’ve put a process in place to get your order to you as easily as possible so that you can begin wearing your new Caroline Ann Collection wherever your (every)day takes you!
Please note that right now we only ship within the continental United States. Need your order to go somewhere else? Send us a request at email@example.com.
We ship to residential or work addresses only. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We do this so we can ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound!
Please allow us 1-2 days to process and pack your order. Processing time may be extended during national holidays. Once shipped, we will dispatch tracking information to you.
Some items are made to order and typically take anywhere from 3-14 days to make. If an item is made to order, that will be noted on the product detail page. Need a made-to-order item rushed? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
At Caroline Ann Collection we design pieces that we hope you’ll welcome into your closet for years to come. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Let’s walk through the process together:
If you’d like to return your purchase, let us know within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized by our team before they’re shipped back to us. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a PDF return shipping label.
All returned merchandise must be received by Caroline Ann Collectionn in its original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and with its original packaging materials. Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.
Once returned merchandise is received and approved by our team, your refund will be issued.
