I live just beyond Charleston, South Carolina, in a sun-filled cottage nestled among moss-draped oaks, accompanied by my faithful golden retriever, Maple. Growing up in a household where my mother ran a little boutique, I learned early on that the joy of discovery often lies in how something feels and fits into our everyday lives.
After earning my B.A. in Fashion Marketing from the University of Georgia, I spent several years working as an assistant merchandiser in Atlanta — attending shows, reviewing sample collections, listening to what real people loved (and what they quietly accepted). Through that chapter I realized how crucial authenticity is: the fabric might shimmer, but if the cut is off, it won’t make you feel beautiful.
Why This Journey
By the end of 2024 I found myself craving something a little more personal, a little more grounded. So, at the beginning of 2025 I launched this blog to share honest product reviews, real-world usage stories, and practical buying guidance — all through the lens of an Amazon affiliate model. My goal: help you navigate the sea of “good deals” and find the ones that genuinely enhance your life. No hyped-up slogans. No cherry-picked praise. Just thoughtful, human-first insights.
